Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Simply Savory Perfect Parmesan Ranch Dip Mix
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 12 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
- 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce (about 1 head), well dried
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped (leftover Easter eggs!)
- 1 (16-oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1½ cups freshly grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Simply Savory Perfect Parmesan Ranch Dip Mix until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to assemble the salad.
- In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook the diced bacon for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Prepare a 3-quart trifle dish, large glass bowl, or a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Layer the ingredients in the following order:
– Chopped lettuce
– Tomatoes
– Ham
– Thawed peas
– Cheese
– Chopped hard-boiled eggs
– Bacon - Spread the Perfect Parmesan Ranch dressing mixture evenly over the hard boiled eggs, sealing the layers beneath.
- Then finish with the crispy bacon on top.
